Since 2016, she has been dedicated to freelance makeup artistry and bringing out the inner beauty in all of her clients. The Story
Imarieli DeJesus was born in Dominican Republic, grew up in Bronx, New York and currently resides in Virginia Beach, VA.
In 2013, she retired from the United States Navy and started pursuing her dream of entrepreneurship by creating the brand GETCROWNED. She always loved all things beauty and started applying makeup on her friends. Today, she relentlessly pursues and expands her knowledge as a freelance Makeup Artist. Her peers can attest to her character, always displaying excellence, professionalism, commitment and integrity, not only in her career as a Makeup Artist in the beauty industry, but in every interpersonal encounter.
